Precious Adeho is a purpose-driven and self-motivated Business Leader and Mechanical Engineer.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Emobella Engineering Nigeria Limited and founder of ETAPA Synergy, an NGO that focuses on using engineering and technology to combat poverty in Africa.
He is a sought-after motivational speaker and sales coach. Precious holds a first degree in Mechanical Engineering from IMT Enugu, a PGD in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and MBA in view from Lagos Business School. He is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System auditor and a member of the International Register of Certificated Auditor (IRCA).
Precious Adeho is a life member of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University. He was recently inducted into the National Association of Nigerian Students’ (NANS) Hall of Fame as an “Icon of Hope and Inspiration.” He has also won the Shell Livewire Global Top Ten Innovators award.
Dr. Henrietta Onwuegbuzie

Dr Henrietta Onwuegbuzie is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Lagos Business School and a certified Management consultant. She is also an IFC certified Management trainer.
Dr. Henrietta is passionate about economic development and socio-economic transformation in Nigeria and Africa. She has created over 100 profitable, impact-driven businesses through the MBA and Executive programmes at Lagos Business School (LBS), where she leads sessions in Entrepreneurship on the MBA and Executive programmes. She is currently the Director of the Business Innovation Accelerator (BIA), and Project Director for the Impact Investing initiative at LBS.
Dr. Henrietta is one of the first two African Visiting Faculty at Yale School of Management, in the United States. She has an MSc (with honours), in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarre, Spain; an MBA from Lagos Business School, Nigeria; and a PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship, from Lancaster University, UK. Dr. Henrietta is a life member of the Beta Gamma Sigma group, which admits only top performers worldwide in the top 5% of Schools.
Dr. Henrietta sits on the Board of several companies and has extensive consulting experience, spanning projects at the State level to conglomerates and SMEs in various industries.
