Our procurement team also manage the unique purchasing requirements of every equipment through Preferred Manufacturer List (PML), RFQ Processing, Bid Clarification, Issuing Purchase Orders, Issuing Award Letters, Vendor Documentation, Equipment Deliveries, Shipping Coordination, Coordinate 3rd Party Vendor Inspections, Review and Issue Inspection Reports and ensure the equipment have insurance.
